You simply select the target Template ID, and intuitively map your workflow variables (like $json.CustomerName or $json.OrderTotal) to the strict template parameters via standard visual expressions. It perfectly dispatches visually stunning transaction receipts straight to Zalo seamlessly.
2. Customer Service Automation
Combine this node with an initial Zalo Webhook trigger to establish an enterprise chatbot. The node can immediately invoke "Proactive Customer Service" API modes to reply directly within the 48-hour customer engagement window natively.
