Welcome to nLink. Our workflow automation software is designed as a fully self-hosted solution. This means you deploy, run, and manage the nLink application entirely within your own infrastructure. As the creators of the nLink platform, we do not operate the instances you deploy and therefore do not collect, host, or have access to any of your data, workflows, or credentials.

2. Zero Data Retention Policy

Because nLink is installed on your own servers, we emphatically state that:

  • No Customer Data is Stored: We do not log, store, or intercept any data passing through your nLink instance.
  • No Telemetry or Tracking: Your self-hosted execution environment runs in isolation. We do not monitor your workflow executions or integration usage.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Responsibility

nLink allows you to connect and synchronize data across various third-party platforms, such as Google Workspace, GitHub, Gmail, and many others.

  • User Responsibility: By connecting your nLink instance to these external services, you agree that you are solely responsible for managing the data transferred between them.
  • Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of third-party APIs through nLink complies with the terms of service, acceptable use limits, and privacy policies of those respective third-party providers.
  • Credential Management: All API keys, OAuth tokens, and passwords you configure remain strictly within your own server's database. You are completely accountable for securing this sensitive information.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Although our core stance on being a zero-data, self-hosted tool is unlikely to change, we may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect any changes in our company structure or legal requirements. We encourage you to review this page occasionally for the latest information.
